FAB KEY SOFTWARE - Program for a key economy service

Company FAB, s.r.o. offers this software for you all, who are dealing with a key economy of a master key system – for example a building administrator (institutions, production companies, schools etc.), company owners, security technicians, security agencies, administrators of a higher number of MKS systems etc.

FKS can help you to ensure a record of handed out keys to your employees and an overview of a placement of individual MKS locks in your organisation. FKS already holds data with a structure of your system (individual keys and locks with its mutual competencies). 

FKS enables to even recall a history of keys and locks movement – i.e. who and when had what key and where and who had an access where in a building. Those program possibilities enable very fast and unambiguously help while solving various situations in a particular property (for example to specify a very small circle of people suspected of unlawful actions etc.). 

It is possible to import an employee database and a door database very easily, so lot of time consumption and unnecessary work is left out. FKS doesn’t require special demands for you computer. The very minimum that´s required is an operating system Windows 95. The higher version of Windows and the faster the computer available, the comfortable is the work with the programs.

FKS is distributed on a CD or a floppy disk (3,5“) or it is possible to send it via email. There is an installation guide for you PC included (read .txt). The program itself contains an integrated user guide – manual („help“), which will be your guide. Hints are also automatically shown in the program in addition.

It is possible to use the program in a simpler version – as a key administrator, or in a full version as a key and lock administrator.

Full version can be purchased at anytime by the user.

It is possible to use the FKS program with any FAB MKS thanks to its versatility. It is possible to order the program additionally for already existing systems, but without a changes history.
