About us
ASSA ABLOY Rychnov, s.r.o. (earlier FAB, s.r.o.) was established in 1911 by Mr. Fáborský and Mr. Šeda. In 1997 became a member of the worldwide ASSA ABLOY group with its headoffice in Sweden.

FAB has obtained ISO certificates successfully again
FAB company was successful this year in the vindication of certificates ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
A certification audit of our quality control systems and environment was carried out in our company FAB, s.r.o. from 4th to 7th June 2007.
Auditors of the certification company TÜV NORD Czech examined all operations and working places of FAB company, including the branch office FACEA (Carlock Division) during this 4-day audit. The result is a validity extension of two certificates: certificate for standards of quality system EN ISO 9001:2000 for the Production Unit and for the Sales and Marketing Unit; and a certificate ISO/TS 16949:2002 for the branch office FACEA.
Herewith a certificate of environmental management system according to EN ISO 14001:2004 standard was reissued for the whole company.
No detected dispute emerged from the final audit evaluation and system of quality control and the environment was classified as very advanced and stable.
We have received some suggestions and tips for further improvement possibilities which will be put to use in our process towards betterment and improvement.

FAB s.r.o., has changed corporate name to ASSA ABLOY Rychnov, s.r.o.
The annual general meeting of FAB, s.r.o., based on the decision of sole shareholder, has changed corporate name and trade name of the company to ASSA ABLOY Rychnov, s.r.o.
