ASSA ABLOY Rychnov, s.r.o. (earlier FAB, s.r.o.) was established in 1911 by Mr. Fáborský and Mr. Šeda. In 1997 became a member of the worldwide ASSA ABLOY group with its headoffice in Sweden.

A new FAB Profi centre was opened on 2nd June 2006!
FAB Profi centres network has successfully enlarged for another member - Zámečnictví Fábera in Prague 5 - Radotín. It is a forth FAB Profi centre in a row and thus complements a service network of the highest quality, which will be extended subsequently by our company. Now you may find FAB Profi centres apart from Prague also in Jablonec nad Nisou, Brno and Plzeň. FAB, s.r.o. is planning to open another 5 locations by end of this year.
FAB s.r.o., has changed corporate name to ASSA ABLOY Rychnov, s.r.o.
The annual general meeting of FAB, s.r.o., based on the decision of sole shareholder, has changed corporate name and trade name of the company to ASSA ABLOY Rychnov, s.r.o.
